Refund and Exchange Policy for eHub Supply

At eHub Supply (www.ehubsupply.com), we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver the best shopping experience. This Refund and Exchange Policy governs the terms and conditions under which refunds and exchanges are granted. Please read this policy thoroughly before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit for Training Courses:

Deposits made for training courses, including but not limited to skincare workshops, permanent makeup courses, and eyelash extension workshops, are non-refundable and considered binding under any circumstances. No exceptions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • The item must be unused, in new, and resalable condition, as determined at our sole discretion.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Timeframe for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • We offer refunds and exchanges only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Refund requests for items purchased as gifts will be processed as a gift credit at the sole discretion of eHub Supply.

4. Restocking Fee for Returns or Cancellations Beyond 30 Days:

  • Returns or cancellations made after 30 days from the purchase date may still be accepted at the sole discretion of eHub Supply, but they will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
  • This fee covers processing, handling, and restocking costs, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If a return or cancellation occurs while the item is in transit, this restocking fee will still apply.

5. Approval of Returns or Exchanges Beyond 30 Days:

  • eHub Supply reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any items past the 30-day period.
  • If a return or exchange is accepted beyond the 30-day period, it will be at eHub Supply’s sole discretion, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including shipping and restocking fees.

6. Refunds for Regular Priced Items:

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items and will be processed as per the terms outlined in this policy. Sale items, promotional items, and clearance items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges under any circumstances.

7. Gift Returns:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return or exchange, at the company’s discretion.
  • If the gift is returned and no receipt or proof of purchase is available, we will issue a store credit.

8. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact info@ehubsupply.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a claim.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded as per the terms outlined, but the claim must be approved after inspection.
  • Defective or damaged items will not incur restocking fees.

9. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are exempt from refunds or exchanges:
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition or packaging
  • Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

10. Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
  • Please note, refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

11. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  • If you still have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at info@ehubsupply.com or call (844) 416-3200.

12. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • eHub Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75.

13. Company’s Right to Refuse Returns or Exchanges:

  • eHub Supply reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item is not in its original, unused condition, if the return or exchange request is made beyond the specified period, or if the item is subject to misuse, damage, or alteration.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we determine that the customer has abused the return policy or engaged in fraudulent behavior.

14. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall eHub Supply be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any purchased items, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or data.

15. Governing Law:

This policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
