Refund and Exchange Policy for eHub Supply

At eHub Supply (www.ehubsupply.com), we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and exchanges are offered. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit for Training Courses

Deposits made for training courses (including but not limited to skincare workshops, permanent makeup courses, and eyelash extension workshops) are considered binding and non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Deposits can be credited for a one-time rescheduling of another class.
  • Notification for rescheduling must be given at least 2 weeks before the class start date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Timeframe for Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds for Regular Priced Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

5. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

6. Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@ehubsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and then ship your item to:

7. Exempt Goods

The following items are exempt from refunds:
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

8. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
